Yes. The platform manages SKUs and individual serial numbers at any scale. Area readers and portals capture multiple tags simultaneously, maintaining accuracy regardless of volume.
How does it handle large warehouses with multiple zones?
Trackvy allows segmenting inventory by zone, warehouse, and location. Fixed readers monitor continuously while mobile readers audit specific zones on demand.
Can it detect when an item leaves the warehouse without authorization?
Yes. Fixed portals at exits generate real-time alerts when they detect tags without an authorized outbound transaction. Alert rules are configurable by zone and product type.
What about products that arrive without RFID tags from the supplier?
Trackvy Desktop enables efficient tagging at the receiving dock. Tag printing and association integrates into the receiving process without disrupting operational flow.
Does it integrate with our WMS or ERP?
Yes. Trackvy's open API enables two-way synchronization with WMS, ERP, and point-of-sale systems. Integration is included in the project scope.
