How do tool loans and returns work?
The Trackvy kiosk or the mobile reader logs the checkout and links the tool to the operator or project. The return registers on its own when the tag is read at the drop-off point. No forms and no signatures.
What happens if a tool is lost or not returned?
The system generates automatic alerts when a tool exceeds maximum loan time. The complete history shows who took it, when, and from which point.
Can it integrate with maintenance or calibration systems?
Yes. Trackvy logs the usage history of each tool. This history can be exported or integrated with predictive maintenance systems and calibration schedules via API.
