Cada fase produce un entregable medible. La transición a la siguiente requiere aprobación explícita del cliente.
Duraciones típicas observadas sobre el portafolio Accendo (2010–2026). Los rangos cubren los percentiles 25–75; la Fase 04 es continua por diseño.
Phase 01 · Diagnostic

The proposal, after the analysis.
Conversation, discovery form, proposal.
Phase 02 · Bounded Deployment
Deliverable
Live platform in bounded area. Scale plan documented.
Real implementation on a specific process or area. A bounded deployment designed to operate and produce value from day one. Scales to the Full Project on already-validated data.
Phase 03 · Full Project
Deliverable
Platform in production. Operations team trained.
The project activates on data already validated by the client. Full coverage. Productive integration. SLA and structured support.
Phase 04 · Continuous Operation
Deliverable
Decide how it scales.
Continuous support on the installed operation: platform improvements, new versions, training, and maintenance visits. Support in future client deployments and integration with other operations.
Each phase ends with a decision. No next phase without explicit approval.
